Terms of Use*

These Terms of Use apply to the Trace mobile application (the "Application"), provided by Tomass Svecovs (the "Service Provider") as a freemium service.

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

License and Ownership*

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for its intended purpose. The Application, including its code, design, trademarks, content, and related intellectual property rights, remains the property of the Service Provider. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Application except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Accounts and User Responsibilities*

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity occurring under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Application in compliance with applicable law.

You must not use the Application to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of others;
• upload, transmit, or process unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts;
• misuse AI-generated output or rely on it without appropriate review where the result could affect finances, records, operations, or legal obligations.

Premium Features and Operational Limits*

Some features of the Application are available only to Premium users. The Service Provider may change feature availability, usage limits, pricing, or packaging at any time.

At the time of this version of these Terms:

• the AI Assistant is intended for Premium access;
• text input to the AI Assistant may be limited to 4000 characters per request;
• voice input may be limited to recordings of up to approximately 90 seconds per request;
• AI features may be subject to fair use limits, including up to 1000 AI Assistant requests per month per user account.

These limits are operational product limits and may be changed, tightened, relaxed, or replaced in future versions of the Application.
