This Privacy Policy applies to the Trace mobile application (the "Application"), provided by Tomass Svecovs (the "Service Provider") as a freemium service. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis.

Information We Collect*

When you create an account and use the Application, we may collect and process the following categories of information:

• account data, such as your email address, user identifier, and profile label;
• subscription and billing status information used to determine feature access;
• settings and preferences, such as language, theme, currency, unit system, date format, and animation preferences;
• workspace information, such as workshop name, logo, phone number, email address, and address;
• inventory and warehouse data, including item names, item images, categories, units, stock balances, pricing, notes, custom codes, barcodes, QR codes, and movement history;
• project and workflow data, including project names, images, tasks, logs, analytics-related records, and operational notes;
• invoice and receipt-related data, including labor values, material costs, taxes, discounts, payment status, and generated draft content;
• device and usage information, such as IP address, device operating system, app interactions, time spent in the Application, and diagnostic information;
• local application state needed to provide features and restore your experience.

The Application does not collect precise location data.

AI Assistant and Voice Input*

The Application includes AI-powered assistant features, including text-based assistance and optional voice input.

When you use the AI Assistant, the Service Provider may process:

• the text you type into the assistant;
• voice recordings that you intentionally create for assistant input;
• transcripts generated from those voice recordings;
